Do you find it hard to fit beauty treatments into your busy schedule? With so many social events just around the corner, you may be wishing for a true lunch time laser rejuvenation option that won’t leave you with visible signs of treatment. ResolveTM is taking Sydney by storm as it is the only true lunch time laser facial rejuvenation treatment with no downtime. Achieve a radiant, younger looking appearance and get your skin in top shape by smoothing out lines and wrinkles, evening out pigmentation and improving the appearance of scarring.
Traditional laser rejuvenation meant downtime for weeks, not to mention the pain from the treatment, making you question if you were going to return for follow-up treatments. With the latest technology, Eden Laser Clinics offer the first true lunch time laser rejuvenation with no downtime. In this article, we discuss the differences between Laser Resurfacing, Fraxel and ResolveTMfacial rejuvenation, the benefits of ResolveTM and how it offers a true walk-in, walk-out treatment.
LASER RESURFACING, FRAXEL AND RESOLVETM TREATMENTS COMPARED
With laser peels or ablative resurfacing, the high energy laser light vaporises the top layer of the epidermis to reveal the smoother skin underneath. They can be quite aggressive forms of treatment and require a skilled clinician. Laser resurfacing is painful and requires recovery time because the treated skin will be red, swollen and itchy. There are risks of scarring and infection as well as changes to the skin colour that may be permanent. Not suitable for darker skin types.
Fraxel treatments use laser, but in a different way to traditional laser rejuvenation. The laser energy is broken up into pin-point columns arranged in a grid pattern. The laser energy passes through the epidermis and into the dermis creating tiny wounds that stimulate the body’s natural healing processes into action, regenerating the entire treatment area. Fraxel treatment can improve the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and skin pigmentation. The downtime is less than laser resurfacing however it is still somewhat painful and there is a risk of scarring with Fraxel treatment.
Picosecond Holographic Fractional Laser – ResolveTM is a unique breakthrough technology that is the most effective facial rejuvenation laser available without disrupting the surface of the epidermis. The mechanism of action of Resolve’sTM fractional laser is based on photomechanical injury to the dermis. The injury is caused by Laser Induced Optical Breakdown (LIOB) in the form of plasma delivered in the dermis tissue. The damage in the tissue stimulates the reconstruction of collagen via wound healing leaving the surface of the epidermis completely intact.
Treatment with ResolveTM offers superior results, zero downtime and is much more comfortable when compared to Fraxel or other laser resurfacing treatments. You can have the treatment done in your lunch break and get straight back to your normal routine after.
